Human Resources Executive
Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of human resource experience in a generalist role and handling the spectrum of the HR and IR functions for the Company.
  • Well versed with the local employment legislation, Employment Act 1955 and Labour Law. Liaise with external bodies on human resources and industrial relations matters.
  • Mature, tactful, resourceful, detail conscious and independent individual with the ability to communicate with al level of peoples.
  • Team player who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Possess good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Spoken Chinese language an added advantage.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office application with good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably female chinese.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
